Our protocols are informed by guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Alabama Department of Public Health, with added measures designed to provide peace of mind and enhanced protection for those who request it.

💛 Safety Measures for In-Home Care

We’ve implemented thoughtful protocols to protect your loved ones and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and care:

😷 Mask Use (Premium Service)

Caregiver masking is available upon request as part of our Premium Service Package. Please inquire directly if you or your loved one would prefer masked care.

🧼 Enhanced Hand Hygiene

Caregivers wash and sanitize hands thoroughly upon entering the home and throughout the visit—especially before and after personal contact, meal prep, or cleaning.

🧴 Sanitation Protocols

High-touch surfaces and frequently used equipment (like walkers or handrails) are disinfected regularly to maintain a clean and safe environment.

🧪 Exposure Response

Any caregiver exposed to COVID-19 or experiencing illness is promptly removed from the schedule and must meet clearance protocols before returning to service.

👩‍⚕️ Vaccination & Ongoing Training

  • All caregivers are strongly encouraged to be fully vaccinated, including boosters.

  • Our team receives ongoing training in infection prevention, sanitation best practices, and COVID-related safety protocols.

💬 Communication and Transparency

We believe in keeping families informed. If there’s ever a concern or potential exposure, you’ll be notified immediately and offered safe, alternative care options.
